This delicious and easy appetizer recipe is a fresh blend of tangy Henderson Dip and the familiar flavors of a BLT.
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes (NOT grape tomatoes, they aren't big enough)
- 4oz of Henderson Dip
- Crumbled Bacon
- Fresh Dill
Cut off tops of cherry tomatoes and gently hollow out seeds. Turn cherry tomatoes upside down on a paper towel to drain for at least 45 minutes. Use a small spoon or melon ball spoon to fill each cherry tomato with Henderson Dip. Once filled, cherry tomatoes may be covered and refrigerated till serving. Prior to serving, garnish cherry tomatoes with crumbled bacon and a small sprig of dill.
